The host, Massimo, was incredibly attentive and helpful, providing us with maps, transportation information, and even preparing specialized breakfasts for our dietary needs. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The location was convenient and easy to access various attractions. Additionally, Massimo showed genuine care and hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We liked the location of the Sunny Roma, because it is near by roma termini, and very good to find, in stead of what other travelers said. You just have to follow the map of rome and go to 2f. No Problem. It was very cosy to stay in such a building, because you feel just like a roman. The people from the bed and breakfast were nice, although they didn't speak good italian or english. But that didn't bother us, because we knew our way around the city so we didn't need any help. They airconditioning was also very nice.

We didn't like the bed, because it was very hard and the pillows were extremely hard and high. We also woke up very early because people in the hallway were talking. We often heard 'ssst' both it didn't bother, because the walls are super thin. The colors of the room were also not very 'modern' or 'quiet', because they were extremely blue and purple. A little bit ugly, you could say.

Everything was PERFECT at that hotel. Vittorio Emanuele subway stop is easy walk to the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

    Everything great.

Great value for money! The breakfast was perfect with something for everyone, including fresh pastries and cereal. The location was very convenient, only a short walk to the ancient center and with easy access to buses. The property was clean, comfy, and easy to find. Great for those on a budget and looking for a convenient location.

The neighborhood around the hotel was not upscale and could be uncomfortable late at night. It was hard to find the hotel initially as there was no large sign to advertise the hotel's presence.

The owner Mario Lee was very friendly and helpful. Before we came he sent us a letter with a map and directions how to get from the train station. When we had questions he always helped us, show the palces to visit on map. We were little bit late with check-out and Mario didn't kick us out - he was very polite.

Everything is well concidaring that we payd 84 euro for 2 persons for 2 nights. Maybe if you pay more it would be not so comfortable

Our 5 day stay in Holiday Sunny Roma b&b was a very good decision. The description of a hostel is very precise. Localization is perfect - 10 min. Walking from Termini station and 2 min. Walking from subway station Vittoro Emanuele. Breakfast was small but tasty - freshly baked croissant and a cup of great italian coffee were served across the street in a small bar called Piccolo Bar. The room was clean, very high and large but also very comfortable. It was cleaned every day, the bed was made everyday, the towels were changed every 2 days. There was a hair drier in a bathroom. The host - Mario is a very friendly and helpful man. We arrived before the check in time and Mario suggested that we can leave our luggage in a hostel and go to center so we don't need to carry our bags till 1p.M. On the last day of our trip we couldn't eat the breakfast in the bar, because we were leaving very early. En evening before departure Mario brought us a snack for our journey to our room. That was a really nice gesture. We definitely recommend the place and if we ever go to beautiful Rome again, we will stay in Holiday Sunny Roma b&B. Dorota&Mateusz. PS>Rome in March is fantastic!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many historical sites nearby and easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable beds, air conditioning and nice showers. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even providing me with pizza when I was in need. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained.

    Not one thing.

Poor breakfast, little signal of wi-fi so we have to use it out of room, toilette is so small, very small scale with only 4 rooms, managed by a chinese man who lives in the kitchen. The chinese man is always out so it's difficult to find him.

It's really close to the city center in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Termini station too, wich is great.

The host don't speak english wich is really a problem in an international city as Roma is. It's a bed and breakfast but you have to go to a coffee shop outside to have breakfast... And for the price, having the bathroom outside the room is a real issue. And above all, the price we paid was more expensive than the price indicated in the room !!!

The rooms at Amoromaonline were so comfortable! I felt right at home with the TV and shared bathroom. The small kitchen was a great bonus too. As a business traveler, it was everything I needed.

Personally, I found the shared bathroom to be a little inconvenient. But hey, that's just me!

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfill all luxurious needs. The spacious rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and stylish furniture. The private bathrooms are modern and convenient. The location advantages are beyond expectations, close to top landmarks and restaurants. The friendly and professional staff provides exceptional service, offering insider tips and arranging tours upon request.

The only minor issue I experienced was a lack of signage outside the building, but the hotel staff was quick to assist in locating it. this hotel provided an amazing experience for a fair price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury and quality during their stay.

The person who works there (unfortunately I can't remember his name), is a very nice guy! He cleaned the room every single day and changed all the towels. Also, he was very helpful whenever we needed. The breakfast was only 30 seconds away, and we could choose over a variety of croissant, cakes, etc. And either a cup of coffee, cappucino, milk, etc.

Mario was really nice and spoke english, checkout time 11 am (great), room and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, there was a fridge we could use, and also drinking water for the guests. Extremely close to the train station but also main attractions. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Maybe the neighbourhood was a bit dodgy at night. As a solo traveller I would recommend taking a taxi if it's late.

The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to various public transportation systems, including a nearby train station and metro station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and included essential amenities like a safe and wardrobe. the breakfast provided was diverse and filling, with options like croissants, biscuits, orange juice, and coffee.

The communication with the owner before arriving was difficult, and we had trouble contacting them for check-in.

Great place if you want to just sleep and shower and be out all day touring, the breakfast is in a coffee shop across the street and it's really good. Also really close to the metro station.

The towels were stiff as blocks.
